| 摘 要： | 用薄层色谱法和紫外光谱法时通化产野生植物单穗升麻和大三叶升麻的根茎和须根的主要成分进行比较分析.结果表明,单穗升麻中所含的主要成分与大三叶升麻相同,故认为单穗升麻也可列为正品入药.同时,各须根中含量较高,故无须采用“火燎升麻“的传统加工炮制方法.

| Abstract: | With the method of thin - layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy, we analyzecomparatively the main composition of the rhizome and fibre. The results show that the maincomposition of Cimicifuga Simplex Wormsk ex DC is as same as that of CimicifugaHeracleifolia Kom. Therefore it can be used as medicine. |
