我国竞技体育管理体制在建设小康社会中的演进趋势

对我国竞技体育管理体制的建立、形成和发展进行回顾,分析该体制的发展现状。认为目前我国竞技体育管理体制存在的主要问题是:政府对竞技体育管得过死,竞技体育的发展在很大程度上依然依赖政府投资,法规制度仍不完善,运动员的"体教结合"问题尚未得到根本解决。分析该体制继续演进的国内外背景,指出:世界体坛形势变化和我国全面建设小康社会对竞技体育发展提出更高要求,我国竞技体育管理体制将呈社会化、多元化、法制化和学校化等演进趋势。

Evolutional Trend of China's Competitive Sports Administrative System in Construction of Well-Off Society

It reviewed the establishment,formation and development of China's competitive sports administrative system,analyzed the present developmental condition of the system and considered that at present,the main problems existing in China's competitive sports administrative system were that government had too much control over competitive sport,the development of competitive sport depended on government's investment to a great extent,regulations and systems were still imperfect and athletes' issue of "combining of sport with education" wasn't basically settled.It also analyzed the background at home and abroad for continuous evolution of the system and pointed out that the change of sporting-world situation in the world and overall construction of well-off society in our country set higher demands to the development of competitive sport and China's competitive sports administrative system would show the evolutional trends of socialization,pluralization,legal-systematization,schoolization and so forth.
