全球价值链技术权力对企业竞争优势影响——突破式创新中介性调节效应

以制造业回流为特征的全球产业转移新形势下,我国制造企业全球分工扩大化初期的竞争优势正逐渐失去。如何提升在全球价值链中的地位,拥有更高水平的技术权力,构建新的竞争格局,是其面临的重要管理实践课题。经基于扎根理论的探索性案例研究和文献回顾,明确了技术权力在突破式创新作用下通过知识链重构影响竞争优势的具体路径。利用270个有效样本调查数据对有中介的调节效应模型进行检验。研究发现:技术权力对知识链重构具有显著正向影响;突破式创新在技术权力影响知识链重构的过程中发挥调节作用;突破式创新对技术权力和竞争优势的调节效应以知识链重构为完全中介。

The Influence of Technology Power on Competitive Advantage in Global Value Chain:The Mediation and Moderation Effects of Radical Innovation

On the situation of global industry transfer characterized by manufacturing industry re-shoring, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are losing original competitive advantage gradually. How to promote enterprises status in global value chain, hold higher-level technology power, and form new competitive landscape, becomes an essential question. Based on the exploratory case analysis and literature analysis, a conceptual model composed of technolo-gy power, radical innovation, knowledge chain re-construction and competitive advantage is proposed in the study. Using the data of 270 valid samples, this paper tests the effects of mediation and moderation. The result shows as followed: Technology power and knowledge chain re-construction have significant positive effects on competi-tive advantage; technology power has a significant positive effect on knowledge chain re-construction; radical inno-vation moderates the impact of technology power on knowledge chain re-construction; radical innovation moderates the impact of technology power on competitive advantage, and knowledge chain re-construction plays a completely mediating role.
