湖北省高校健美操教师队伍现状的调查分析

为加强师资队伍建设、推动健美操的发展，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法，对湖北省高校健美操教师队伍现状进行了调查分析。结果表明：湖北省高校健美操教师女教师居多；年龄偏年轻，科研水平和裁判能力相应较低；高专业技术水平、高学历、高级职称教师缺乏；应加强宏观调控和教师自身素质的培养来改善队伍现状。
