Discussing On The Sport Confidence To The Students Who Major In Basketball In P. E Department

Most students are keen on playing basketball which is interesting,flexible and usable widely,collective,competitive and appreciating.Playing basketball can not only make student build up a strong body,enhance their skills and thinking ability but also make student realize the importance of team-work.So it is very good for their bodies and minds.But it is limited by many factors.Self-confidence as one of the major psychology feature has been paid close attention to by the theory workers,coaches,and players.The goal of this dissertation is to discuss the factors which affect sports self-confidence,so as to get a deeper understanding to the source of sports self-confidence and principal factors,and put forward relatively reasonable and effective countermeasure for developing proper sports self-confidence.
