| 摘 要： | 通过探讨在教师专业化的大背景下小学英语教师职前培养中存在的问题和因惑，指出通过修改培养计划、建立富有特色的课程体系和教学内容、强化师范生的教育见习实习等方式，化解并突破当前培养模式中的瓶颈，构建起能够适应专业化发展的小学英语教师培养模式，从而满足教师专业化发展的需要。 |

| Abstract: | This paper aims at discussing the existing problems and confusion of the pre - service training of English teachers for primary schools with the background of teacher professionalization. Those problems might be solved by setting up a distinctive training mode and plan,focusing on eurrleulum and students＇ internship for meeting the need of teaeher professionalization. |
