试论黎庶昌的文化外交

作为清廷最早的外交官,黎庶昌的外交风格表现为文化外交,即以文化为纽带,通过深切体察驻在国情况,了解驻在国的文化,在这个基础上,努力做到彼此认同,再以这种认同感为基础,与驻在国人士建立深厚的友谊,以期达到外交目的.黎庶昌在西欧所见所闻以及对外交涉中,已经显现了他的文化外交的雏形;而黎庶昌的文化外交,在日本表现得特别成熟而且有实效.黎庶昌的外交风格成为清末文化外交的典型,也促使黎庶昌完满地完成了外交使命.
