高校学分制实施现状及改革方略研究

摘    要:学分制是以学分为计量单位并以此来衡量学生学习的质与量的教学管理制度。与传统的学年制相比,学分制在学习内容的选择性和时间的灵活性上体现出极大的优越性,一个多世纪以来,学分制为世界各国许多高校所用,并产生了深远影响。近年来,我国许多高校先后从学年制向学分制过渡,但受多种因素影响,这项教学管理体制改革遇到许多问题。本文拟从当前高校学分制实施现状出发,寻求学分制改革发展的有效途径。

Abstract:credit system is an educational administrative system in which the quality and the quantity of learning are measured by credit units. Contrast to traditional school system, credit system exhibits a greater degree of flexibility in course selection in terms of time and course content. For more than a century, the credit system has been practicing in different higher learning over the world and has had a far-reaching influence on education. In recent years, many Chinese higher learning begin to adopt the credit system in replace of the traditional school system, and problems arise in the process of the educational administration reform for reasons. This paper attempts to analyze the current situations in credit system reform carried out in China higher learning and aims to find out an effective way of practicing credit system in universities and colleges in China.
