摘    要:文章通过对远程教育的哲学理论分析,结合已有学习支持服务的界定,归纳影响界定的要素,根据我国的现状,提出规划建设“本土化”学习支持服务体系的建议,为我国远程教育学习支持服务体系规划、建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:The article through to analysis the Distance education philosophy theory,combine the union had the learning support service the limits,and conclude the induction influences on limits essential factors.According to our country present situation,proposed the plan of construction“the localization”the learning support service system suggestion,for our country Distance education learning support service system plan,provided the construction model.
