论教师职业幸福实现的要素

摘    要:幸福是人生的主题和根本问题,是所有人的需要和追求。享有职业的尊严与幸福是不可剥夺的教师权利,教师的职业人生理应是幸福的。教师职业幸福的实现不仅要以一定的外在条件为保障,而且也要以教师自身的专业素养和主观努力为基础。那么,从教师自身的角度来说,教师怎样才能获得职业幸福呢?在实证研究的基础上,借鉴哲学、心理学等学科研究的成果,结合教师职业的特点,我们认为"怀有教师职业理想,提升教师职业道德素养,具有教师职业能力,在职场中有所作为"是教师获得职业幸福的四个要素。

Abstract:Well-being is a theme and basic concern of human life,and is a need and pursuit of all human beings.A teacher's professional career should be happy.To enjoy his professional dignity and well-being is a teacher's right which should not be derived.However,its realization is not only ensured by outside conditions but also based on a teacher's professional qualities and subjective efforts.A teacher's professional ideal,morality,competence and accomplishment are four essential factors in realizing his professional well-being.
