| 摘 要： | 驾驶是一个复杂的任务,要求综合运用较高的操作能力、认知能力和执行功能. 神经机能失调如中风、脑外伤、周围神经疾病、痴呆、帕金森症以及癫痫等可以在极大的程度上损害这些功能.目前中国还没有足够的有关这些患者如何得到驾驶许可的规定和相关研究.在文献综述的基础上,对神经系疾病既往史者的健康体质评定方法和驾驶的关系进行了评论. |

| Abstract: | Driving is a complex task that requires having adequate operational,cognitive and higher executive abilities.These abilities can be compromised to a greater or lesser extent in neurological disorders,such as stroke,traumatic brain injury,peripheral neuropathy,dementia,Parkinson's disease and epilepsy.There is insufficient standardized prescribe and correlative research about assessment of physical conditions as they relate to driver licensing in China at this time.Based on documentary research,the methods for assessing driving skills in the neurological disorders patients and the relationship between their healths and driving restrictions are the subjects of this paper. |
