散打运动员身体素质训练方法与手段研究

摘    要:散打是一项斗智较力的激烈的对抗性运动,本文阐述了散打运动员身体素质训练方法与手段,对于如何进行更好的身体训练提出了建议,目的是为教练员合理提高规划运动员的身体素质训练提供科学依据,希望能对我国培养优秀散打运动的后备人才有所启示。

Abstract:Sanda is a battle of wits than the force of intense confrontational exercise.This paper studies the methods and means of Sanda athletes physical training,as to how to do better phsycial training,shows its own opinions,aims to provide some scientific evidences for coaches making plans to improve athletes physical training,hopes to form some inspiration for Chinese Sanda reserved talents development.
