| 摘 要： | 太极拳取名于古典哲学中的＂太极＂,表达了太极拳研习者对宇宙的认知以及对外部事物自身规律的把握。由于缺乏构成哲学的基本要素,太极拳不能被称之为一门哲学。但是,在老庄思想的长期影响下,太极拳具有了一定的哲学意趣,并形成为一种道家修养身心的养生之术,而演练太极拳则是一个不断超越自我,不断探索和追求美的过程。

| Abstract: | Taiji Quan is named after the Taiji from the classical philosophy,which empresses the practitioners and the researcher's cognition into the universe and the master of the inner laws of the external things.Due to the lack of essential factors to constitute philosophy,Taiji Quan cannot be called philosophy.However,under the impact of Laoism,Taiji Quan contains the implication of philosophy and develops as an art of healing and living for the Taoist school.Practicing Taiji Quan is a process of outdoing oneself... |
