研究与发展项目研究过程的规划

本文在简述R&D项目过程规划与立项规划的联系与区别之后,重点探讨了项目过程目标规划、进度规划和资源规划的任务与方法。关于项目过程目标规划,文章提出了正推式与倒推式目标分解及WBS形成方法。关于项目过程进度规划,文章对基础、应用、试验发展三类项目分别设计了规划方法。关于项目过程资源规划,文章分人员、设备、经费三个方面讨论了相应的配置方法。

Process Planning of R&D Project

After the brief discussion about the connection and difference between process planning and primitive planning of R &.D project,this article probes mainly into the tasks and methods of project process objective, schedule and resources planning.With regard to process objective planning, the acticle puts forward a method of both positive and negative direction resolutions and the way of WBS formation. With regard to process schedule planning, the article designs several methods that are respectively suitable for basic, applied and developmental projects. With regard to process resources planning, the article suggests the allocation method of personal, equipment and cost.
