摘    要:绵缓运动是指以绵长柔缓为基本运动特征的较长时间的低强度运动,是适度负荷运动之一族,包括导引运动、太极运动和舞武运动。它们显著的健身效果源自于其深厚的东方哲学基础、心理学基础、人体生命科学基础以及完整的技术体系与技术方法。其基本行动特点为:松静自然、意气相随、园活合顺、松紧适度及延绵徐缓。

Abstract:The mianhuan, or the constant gentle exercise, is a kind of moderate-load exercise characterized by its gentleness, long duration, and low intensity. It incorporates exercises of daoyin, taiji, and wushu -dancing. With its own integrated technical systems and skills, mianhuan exercise has obvious effects for health preserving based on the profound Eastern philosophy, psychology, and human kinesiology. The basic movements of the exercise are featured by staying in a natural and relaxed mood, mind and breathing in harmony, curved and harmonious moving; moderate in intensity, and slowness in constancy.
