| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校学生社团发展现状及其不足,高职院校应创新学生社团发展的理念,持续更新适合学生社团发展的制度机制,加大学生社团建设的支持力度,培养具有一定管理能力和业务素质的社团管理干部,打造精品社团,吸引更多学生通过社团这一大众化的平台充实自我、发展自我、完善自我,使学生社团真正成为高职院校校园文化建设的重要阵地。

| Abstract: | According to the developing situation of vocational college students＇ associations and their shortcomings, higher vocational colleges should develop students innovative ideas, to continuously update the system mechanism for the development of student associations, increase student association construction support, cultivate cadres who have certain management ability, build quality community. The colleges should attract more students to enrich themselves, develope themselves, perfect themselves through the popular platform. Thus, student associations can truly become an important position in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. |
