| Abstract: | This paper briefly reviews 15 years history of Xingtai Polytechnic College＇s faculty construction, including promoting teacher＇s academic degree level and the construction of a high-quality teaching staff.The author summarizes the main achievements and existing problems and shortcomings, puts forward the direction of the construction of teachers team in the future. |
