| 摘 要： | “崇奢黜俭”思想是近代中国消费观转型时期出现的一种消费观，它不仅鼓励积极消费以扩大市场．为生产发展创造市场前提；而且反对壅积财富，主张投资兴办实业以强国富民。“崇奢黜俭”既是对传统消费观的批判，同时也是对近代消费观重构的一种积极探索。

| Abstract: | The Thought of ＂Advocating Consumption ＆ Opposing Thrift＂ is a kind of consumption view developed in the transformational period of consumption view in modern China. It not only encouraged active consumption to create a expanding market which would consequently promote production, but also objected wealth storage, stimulating investment in industry to make China powerful and its people wealthy. Therefore, the idea of＂ Advocating Consumption ＆ Opposing Thrift＂ criticizes the traditional thrifty virtue and, meanwhile, explores the reconstruction of the modern consumption view. |
