摘 要: | 基于企业的视角,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析方法来研究高职毕业生通用职业能力结构,得出了4个维度19项能力的概念模型,并提出了这一能力结构导向下的高职通识教育课程的设置目标、课程体系和质量保障机制。

Abstract: | The paper stands from the perspective of enterprises,studies the comprehensive professional capability structure of higher vocational college graduates via exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods,and concludes with 4-dimension 19-capability concept model.The paper also proposes the objective setting,curriculum system and quality guarantee mechanism comprehensive education curriculum in higher vocational college under the guidance of such capability. |
