| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、逻辑分析、数理统计等方法,对发展我国群众体育志愿者队伍的若干问题进行了分析,认为群众体育志愿者队伍是发展我国群众体育事业的一支重要力量.依据我国国情实际,针对群众体育事业发展需要,借鉴国外大众体育人力资源开发的经验,在我国发展群众体育志愿者队伍,既有必要性、又有可行性.我国群众体育人力资源十分丰富,开发的潜力巨大.建议重视志愿者资源的开发研究,将志愿者的志愿服务工作纳入科学化、规范化、组织化的轨道.

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature search, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, this article studies the some problems of developing volunteer team of our mass sports, considers that the volunteer team is main force for developing mass sports business. Based on the situation of country and requirement of mass sports development, developing volunteer team is necessary and feasibility. The human resource of our mass sports is abundant and has great potential to exploit. It suggests that we should pay more attention to exploitation on volunteer resource, bring volunteer works onto the path of science, standardization and systematization. |
