| 摘 要： | 通过现场和录像的统计与观察，对国家蹦床集训队在天津集训期间的训练指导思想和训练方法做了分析和总结，初步得出了蹦床项目的性质特征和训练要求，并对蹦床训练周课次的安排、课的结构模式作了总结。
