| 摘 要： | 加强企业财务危机的预防与控制,是现代财务理论界与实务界研究的热点问题之一。信息技术企业的"三高"的特点使其在生产经营活动中比传统企业要面临更多不确定性因素,如何构建一套具有信息技术业特征的行业财务危机预警系统,已成为信息技术企业财务管理工作中迫切需要解决的问题。本文采用实证分析方法,建立了我国信息技术业的财务危机多元判别分析预警模型。

| Abstract: | How to strengthen the prediction and control of financial crises in enterprises has been a heat topic theoretically and practically in the field of modern finance.The features of high risks,high profits and high development of the IT enterprises make them face more indefinite factors in production and operating activities than the traditional enterprises.As a result,it is a most urgent problem for IT enterprises to build a set of industrial financial crisis prediction system which is with the IT industrial features to monitor and predict the situation of financial crises timely and accurately in financial management.The article tries to set up the financial crisis prediction model of multiple identification analysis for the IT industry by adopting an empirical and analytical method. |
