Analysis of School-based Training for IT Teachers in Primary And Middle School

Curriculum reform demands the professional development of IT teachers in primary and middle school. The professional development of IT teachers requires teachers to engage themselves in theory study, teaching reflection and school-based teaching research. School-based training integrates the three and is the efficient way for the professional development of IT teachers. This article tentatively analyses the contents, principles and patterns of school-based training, which is based on the request of the professional development of IT teachers.
