中小学信息技术教师专业成长的校本培训探析

摘    要:课程改革呼唤中小学信息技术教师的专业成长。教师的专业成长需要教师进行理论学习、反思教学与校本教研。校本培训整合了三者的关系,是信息技术教师专业成长的有效途径。本文基于信息技术教师专业成长的需要,对校本培训的内容、原则及模式展开初步探讨。

Abstract:Curriculum reform demands the professional development of IT teachers in primary and middle school. The professional development of IT teachers requires teachers to engage themselves in theory study, teaching reflection and school-based teaching research. School-based training integrates the three and is the efficient way for the professional development of IT teachers. This article tentatively analyses the contents, principles and patterns of school-based training, which is based on the request of the professional development of IT teachers.
