| 摘 要： | 电子政务数据和信息应用框架，是电子政务解决业务流程和政府决策过程显性知识的获取和组织重要途径。本文在分析了国际发展现状后，提出了适合中国电子政务数据和信息应用框架模型，并提出了信息系统的构建思路。
