高校健美操选项课课程设置中增设社会实践环节的可行性分析

自2002年《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)颁布以后,全国高校上下掀起了新一轮的体育课程改革。健美操以它独有的健身、健美特征及社会文化和社会经济价值被全国各高校列入新的课程体系中,深受广大学生的喜爱。回顾十年来健美操项目在高校中取得的成功同时,我们应清醒的看到它在服务社会上还存在着许多不足。本研究拟在通过对高校健美操选项课课程的设置现状分析,探究健美操课程设置中增设社会实践环节的可行性研究,旨在为完善高校健美操课程设置及学校体育与社会体育的对接提供理论参考。

Analysis Of the Possibility to Add the Social Practice to the Colleges and Universities Elective Course in Sports Aeroics

Since the "Compendium of National College PE Curriculum"(let’s call it "compendium" for short in the following passage)was issued in 2002,colleges and universities over the country has taken an active part in the reform of the PE course.Sports Aeroics,not only charcterized by its unique feature of fitness and wellness but also its culture value and economic value,is taken in the course system by all the colleges and universities,which also win the populaity among students.It is the fact that the sports aeroics has achieved a great success in the past 10 years,but at the same time we should also be aware of its shortage in social service.Our research plans to find out whether it is possible to add the social practice to the sports aeroics through the analysis of the current situation of the elective course in sports aeroics among colleges and universities.It aims to improve the setup of the sports aeroics in the colleges and universities and provide reference for the butt joint of school PE and social PE
