百年回眸:中西图书馆文化交流

从翻译与考察、介绍与效仿、碰撞与吸收、“苏化”与“文革”及融合与创新5个时期回顾近百年来中西图书馆文化交流的发展历程。认为自恢复中国图书馆学会在国际图联的合法席位以来,中西图书馆文化交流已形成多层次、多渠道、多形式的全方位交流局面,预示着在未来的中西图书馆文化交流和图书馆国际化进程中,中国图书馆文化必将影响世界。

100-year History Review on Cultural Exchange of Chinese-Hesperian Libraries

This paper reviews the about 100 year's course of cultural exchange of Chinese-Hesperian libraries from five stages: translation and visiting, introduction and imitation, impact and absorption, "the Sovietism" and " the Cultural Revolution", and inosculation and innovation. In this paper, it indicates that cultural exchange of Chinese-Hesperian libraries has formed overall exchange situation since China Society for Library Science resumed its legal status in IFLA. It shows clearly that the development level of Chinese libraries is nearing the level of advanced country's libraries. It forebodes that Chinese library culture will influence the world in the course of the next cultural exchange of Chinese-Hesperian libraries and library internationalization.
