| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's socialist life value theory with Chinese characteristics is a scientific examination of the ancient thesis of traditional life value theory in the New Period. Based on the reality of socialism with Chinese characteristics and proceeded from human pursuit of interests, this theory expounds the dialectical unity of the pursuit of material interests and that of spiritual value, the dialectical unity of self value and social value, the dialectical unity of present interests and long term interests. In addition, it gives epochal connotations to them. |
