广东民办院校体育教师职业倦怠调查研究

运用问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计以及逻辑分析等方法,对6所广东民办院校的79名体育教师进行了MBI—GS量表3个维度5等级记分的匿名问卷调查研究。研究结果表明：广东民办院校体育教师职业倦怠并不严重,具有高级职称的本科学历的老师在3个维度上的得分都很低;而具有硕士研究生学历的年轻讲师职称倦怠相对来说较为突出,特别是在＂工作倦怠＂、＂低专业效能＂两个方面得分较高;本科类院校体育教师与专科类体育教师职称倦怠在＂工作倦怠＂与＂低专业效能＂2个维度上有显著差异。另外,性别在广东民办院校体育教师职业倦怠上差异不显著。

Research On Occupational Burnout Of P.E. Teachers In Private Colleges Of Guang Dong Province

Using the method of questionnaires, expert interviews, statistics, and logical analysis, this paper investigated and studied the occupational burnout of 79 P.E. teachers in 6 private colleges in Guangdong province. The anonymous question MBI - GS scale includes 3 dimension and 5 points. The results show that Guangdong private colleges＇ sports teacher burnout is not serious. Teachers with senior title and undergraduate education scores are very low in the three dimensions. On the contrary, youth teachers with graduate academic degree scores relatively higher, especially on the two dimensions of ＂job burnout＂ and ＂low professional efficacy＂. Different kind colleges have significant difference on above two dimensions. In addition, there are no significant differences in gender burnout on physical education teachers of Guangdong private colleges.
