| 摘 要： | 查阅相关的献资料和注册信息，借鉴足球发达国家的教练员培训经验，在大量的调查、访谈基础上，综合分析目前我国足球教练员培训中的突出矛盾与典型问题，并提出相应的完善措施和改革建议，倡导引入多元化的培训体系。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation and interviews,by consulting relevant documents and registered information,and referring to the training experience from developed countries in soccer,it has synthetically analyzed the conspicuous contradiction and typical problems in the soccer coach training system of China,put forward perfect measures and corresponding reform suggestions,and advocated introducing the pluralistic training system. |
