| 摘 要： | 建设高水平高职院校是国家战略层面对高职教育发展提出的新目标和新要求。本文从高等职业教育的内涵及高水平人才队伍的特征视角,阐述了高层次人才引进的意义及其对高水平高职院校建设的作用,并就当前高职院校高层次人才引进及培养中的主要问题,提出了建立长效的人才培养和激励机制、协同创新搭建高层次人才发展平台、柔性引进企业高层次人才的管理机制等三方面的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of high-level higher vocational colleges is a new strategic goal and requirement for the development of higher vocational education.From the perspective of the connotation of higher vocational education and the characteristics of high-level talents,this paper expounds the significance of introducing high-level talents and its role in the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges,and puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions on the main problems in the introduction and cultivation of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges,which are:establish a long-term talent training and incentive mechanism,build a high-level talent development platform by collaborative innovation,and introduce high-level talents from enterprise. |
