| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访问法、文献资料法、数据统计法等研究方法，对兰州市健身俱乐部瑜伽与健身操运动的开展情况、对健身人群、会员对瑜伽和健身操锻炼认知、会员在俱乐部锻炼等情况进行调查，总结出瑜伽和健身操那个更受健身人群的欢迎以及受欢迎的原因。
