| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、调查访问法和数理统计法,对参与2004年4月在合肥举办的全国武术散打裁判培训班的所有裁判的数量、年龄结构、学历层次、职业结构等几方面的现状进行了调查与分析,指出了影响我国散打裁判队伍进一步发展的主要因素,并提出相关发展对策。 |

| Abstract: | In the thesis,by applying methods of document study,and statistics,the writer has investigated and analysesed Sanda judges in China in terms of numbers,age,academic background.Then,the paper points out the principal influential factors on the further development of China judge staff in Sanda and puts forward some countermeasures for further development of China judge staff in Sanda. |
