高职院校女大学生心理健康问题成因及对策

高职院校的女大学生受来自社会、学校、家庭以及自身的因素影响,在心理健康方面不同程度的存在着这样或那样的问题。为此,本文从实证的角度对当前高职院校女大学生存在的心理问题及问题成因进行了分析研究,并提出了相应的解决心理问题的对策。

The Causes and Countermeasures of the Psychological Health Problem of Female Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

Female students in higher vocational colleges are influenced by society,school,family and their own factors,showing some mental problems such as inferiority,loneliness,anxiety,depression,etc.In order to solve these problems,from the current status of female students in higher vocational colleges,the paper analyzes the causes of these problems and proposes corresponding solutions.
