| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农村政治参与的制度化建设非常落后,农民存在诸多非制度化参与行为,对建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐农村产生了诸多负面影响。文章针对我国农村现状,提出了新时期农民政治参与的制度化建设的新途径:完善政治参与制度;加强制度环境建设;“基层政府——村民”二维互动主体的共同努力。

| Abstract: | At present,the system of political involvement is underdeveloped in Chinese rural areas.The existence of non-institutional involvement affects the development of harmonious countryside negatively.According to the current situation,the new approach for the system development is proposed to perfect the system,strengthen the environmental development and the co-efforts of the local government and villagers. |
