Nanking Nationalist Government had issued a huge sum of internal government bonds ten years before the War of Resistance Against Japan (1937-1945).It was the outcome of Chinese politics and economy at that time and also the necessity of the ruling class to rule. The bonds made it possible for the Nationalist Government to build the national industry and basic defense system. They permitted China to have material substance to persist in fighting against the invading of Japan and win the war at last. The value of the bonds should be acknowledged.
