| Abstract: | By review of a great deal of literature regarding researches of skills in long jump at home and abroad, starting from run-up speed and take-off techniques,the two major aspects in long jump,the authors of this paper try to summarize and analyze systematically the current status of researches for the modern skills in long jump and the relative research results at home and abroad so as to provide some theoretical guidance for the coaches who are engaged in the work of skills training in long jump. |
