西南地区县级综合档案馆馆藏档案数字化工作现状调查及对策分析

馆藏档案数字化是建设数字档案馆的基础,对于档案信息资源开发、共享的意义重大,同时对档案的安全保护工作也具有重大意义.目前,西南地区县级综合档案馆在馆藏档案数字化工作中存在发展不平衡、数字化设备不足、经费问题突出、数字化人才缺乏、对档案数字化工作的重要性认识不足等问题.为切实推进西南地区县级综合档案馆馆藏档案数字化工作,中央应对西南地区县级档案馆开展数字化工作给予经费补助;档案行政部门应完善馆藏档案数字化标准规范体系,加强相关标准规范的推广应用力度;县级综合档案馆应加强对档案数字化工作重要性的认识,并且克服"畏难"心理;县级综合档案馆研究制定馆藏档案数字化工作规划,全面推动档案数字化战略实施;县级综合档案馆加强数字化人才队伍建设.

Digitization of archives is the basis for the construction of digital archives, which means great significance for the development and sharing of archival information resources and archives protection.At present, problems as uneven development, shortage of digital equipment, finance and talents, lacking of awareness of the importance of archives digitization are exist in archives digitization work of southwest county archives.To effectively promote the archives digitization work of southwest county archives, the central should give subsidies to southwest county archives;the archives administration department should perfect the digital archives standard system and strengthen efforts to promote the application of relevant standards;the county archives should strengthen awareness of the importance of digitization and overcome the"fear of difficulty"psychological;the county archives should study and make archives digitization planning and comprehensively promote the implementation of digital strategy;The county archives should strengthen the construction of digital talents.
