| 摘 要： | 运用仲裁法学、民法学、诉讼法和国际仲裁的基本原则与相关理论，从体育仲裁的概念、性质、特点，具有中国特色的体育仲裁机构的设置，体育仲裁的常用程序以及人民法院对体育仲裁的支持与监督等几个方面，分析构建中国特色的体育仲裁制度的可行性及作用，为构建中国特色的体育仲裁制度提供一定的理论依据。
