| 摘 要： | 大学科技园区在促进科技成果转化和地区产业结构优化升级中起着重要的作用，但风险资本市场是大学科技园区生长的重要条件，为此提出了科学研究国际化、技术开发产业化、产业发展规模化、企业组织集团化、运作机制股份化和结构功能一体化的大学科技园区发展战略。

| Abstract: | This article expounds on the important role in scientific and technological achieveme nt transformation and optimization and promotion of regional industry structure of science and technology park of a auniversity. It makes it explicit that the v enture capital market is the important development condition and puts forward th e development strategy. It is the globalization of scientific and technological research, industrialization of technological development, scale of industrial de velopment, aggregation of enterprise organization, stock system of operation mec hanism and unification of structure and function. |
