| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的重要特征是创新 ,创新是通过有创新欲望和创新能力的人实现的 .文章运用多种方法较为详细地分析了高校体育专业人才培养工作中存在的问题 ,并根据知识经济时代的特征和未来体育的发展趋势 ,论述了知识经济时代高校体育专业人才应具备的创新素质和能力 ,以及创新素质和能力培养的途径和方法 ,为高校体育专业在知识经济时代的生存和发展提供参考

| Abstract: | The most important feature of intellectual economy era is to create, and those people who have creative desire and ability can obtain creativity. The article, though various methods, analyzed in detail the problems laid in developing qualified sports personnel in colleges and universities. And according to the features of intellectual and ability necessary for a qualified sports personnel and the way to develop creativity, the result of the study is to be referred for the existence and development for college sports in intellectual economy era. |
