| Abstract: | Expounding the dialetical relations between the creation of new gymnastics skills and the competition rules,this paper pointed out that the competition rules should not only be followed but also be broken through boldly when create new skills,which would impel the gymnastic competitors to pursue and explore more new skills and achieve high performance as well. |
