| 摘 要： | 女子技术男性化是一个符合乒乓球运动规律的趋势。女运动员在训练中只有树立积极主动的意识;结合新赛制特点,加强“前三板”的训练;提高正手连续进攻能力;加强训练中的对抗性,才能跟上世界乒坛的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | In This paper discusses the fact that it is a trend accordance with the table tennis law that sportswoman has manlike technology. The sportswomen could keep up with the developing trends of the world table tennis as long as they establish positive consciousness in training, combine the new match rule characteristic, strengthen the training for "the first three bats", improve the forehand attack ability in succession, strengthen the antagonism in training. |
