| 摘 要： | 干部腐败问题现已成为我国严重的社会问题,反腐败已关系到党和国家的“生死存亡”。导致腐败的主要原因有:封建残余思想的影响;市场经济体制的不完善;权力监督机制的虚弱。要彻底遏制腐败,一要清除封建思想流毒;二要健全市场经济体制;三要构建强有力的权力制衡和监督机制。

| Abstract: | The problem of cadre corruption has become the most serious social problem in our country.Anti-corruption has much to do with the 'life-and-death' of our party and nation.The main reasons of the corruption are as follow:the influence of the remaining feudal thought,the imperfectness of the market economy system,and the weakness of the authority supervising system.To thoroughly refrain from corruption,we should take some measures.First,the pernicious influence of feudal thought should be eliminated.Second,our market economy system ought to be perfect.Third,the powerful authority control and balance and supervising system need to be established. |
