| 摘 要： | 双语教学正在我国少数民族地区逐步的推进和深入的开展,在评价双语教学取得的成效时,学者们更关注和重视双语教师的教学能力对双语教学成效的影响,并在研究双语教师教学能力的影响因素基础上提出了许多可行性的、有建设性的策略。文章对国内外学者在双语教师教学能力的影响因素的研究进行了相关的文献综述和简要的点评,以期为国内后续的相关研究与实践提供一些有益的启示和帮助。

| Abstract: | Bilingual education in the ethnic regions of our country is being carried out steadily and is making advancement step by step.While appraising the achievement made in our bilingual education,scholars are increasingly concerned with the influence of the teaching competence of the bilingual teachers on the effectiveness of bilingual education,and many constructive suggestions and strategies have been provided on the basis of the studies on the factors affecting the teaching competence of the bilingual teachers.This paper made a review of and comment on the studies home and abroad on the factors affecting the teaching competence of bilingual teachers in the hope that implications for the future research can be generated. |
