西方成人质变学习理论发展的比较研究

摘    要:质变学习理论是西方成人教育学界自20世纪70年代末以来持续探讨成人如何学习的一项重要研究成果,与成人学习的本质特征及目标密切相关。本文在阐述和分析其中五种代表性理论的基本观点的基础上,通过比较分析得出:质变学习的发生有不同的层次和维度,它以批判性反思为基本途径,认同成人学习的创造性转变,总体上来说是一个理性、情感和精神同时参与的过程。

Abstract:Transformative learning theory is an important academic achievement about how adults should learn since 1970s in the western adult eudacation field and is closely related to features and aims of adult learning. Based on the elaboration and analysis of the five representative thoeries, this paper concludes that transformative learning has different levels and dimensions, takes critical reflection as the basic way, is a creative transformation and all in all invloves in rationality, fellings and spirit in the whole learning process.
