福建省普通高校体育师资队伍结构探析

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对福建省8所普通高校体育师资队伍的结构现状及存在问题进行了调查研究。研究表明：女教师比例稍显不足,职称结构与年龄结构逐步趋于合理化,学历结构有待于改善;学缘结构单一,具有明显的区域性特征;他们教学和专项技能突出,但是社会活动参与度和科研能力有所欠缺;专项经费短缺、受教个体认识不足、渠道单一、制度不健全以及信息不透明等因素造成教师继续教育的路径不通畅。其目的是探讨福建省普通高校体育师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出完善我国高校体育师资队伍建设的对策。

An Analysis On The Construction Of The P.E.Teacher Structure Of Fujian Universities

This study adopts the method of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the structure and existing problems of the P. E. teacher situation of fujian universities.Study show that women teachers proportion is slightly insufficient,title structure and age structure are gradually tends to rationalize,degree structure needs to be improved; Graduate School structure is single,with obvious regional characteristics; Their teaching and special skill are outstanding,but social activity participation and scientific research ability are lacking,especially; The path of the teachers＇ continuing education is not smooth,because of the factors such as the shortage of special funds,the understanding insufficiency of the educated individual,single channel,opaque information,not perfect system and so on. We have been discuss the questions that existing in the structure of the P. E. teacher of Fujian universities,and the corresponding countermeasures have been forward in order to further promote the adjustment of faculty structure of the P. E. of Fujian universities.
