采用特尔菲法,经过三轮专家咨询,并借助统计学主因子分析处理,获得相关人员对我国媒体的有关北京奥运会报道方略的总结性看法,具体方略为：发挥媒体功能、塑造国家形象——＂议程设置＂设置各国观众兴奋点,＂沉默的螺旋＂默化各国观众的观念;奥运体育报道的原则——经济效益与社会效益相统一的原则,本土化与国际视角和谐统一的原则;内容全面、视角平衡——公正报道,彰显大国风范;把握和谐基调,既抓金牌的报道,又注重对无名英雄的报道;以人为本,弘扬体育文化;语言文明,拒绝＂血腥＂;多种语言的应用;避重就轻,扬长避短,发挥各类媒体自身优势。
