精准扶贫背景下高校精准资助对策研究

在精准扶贫背景下,高校学生资助工作要积极改变传统的粗放型资助模式,积极推行精准资助模式,实现资助对象精准、资助学生需求精准、资助形式精准、资助效能精准“四精准”,努力提高高校学生资助管理水平。通过分析精准扶贫背景下高校精准资助存在的问题,提出了完善高校精准资助队伍建设、构建精准的分层分类认定体系、实行精细化管理、精准育人、拓宽资助途径,提升精准资助能力等对策。

Research on the Countermeasures of Precision Funding in Colleges and Universities Against the Background of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Under the background of targeted poverty alleviation,the traditionalextensive funding model of the college student funding work must be actively changed and actively implement the targeted funding model to achieve the“four precisions”of precise funding targets,precise funding needs,accurate funding forms,and accurate funding effectiveness,which improves the management of college student funding.By analyzing the problems of precision funding for colleges and universities in the context of precision poverty alleviation,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the construction of precision funding teams in colleges,build a precise hierarchical classification and identification system,implement refined management,precision education,broaden funding channels,and improve precision funding capabilities.
