| Abstract: | The paper starts with an examination of the conceptual and political meaning of the term "egemonia",the central idea of Gramsci's political theory.Following this,the author introduces Gramsci's theory of leadership.This theory concerns issues such as leadership and proletarian leadership,leadership and the civil society,leadership and identity,leadership and cultural leadership,and the relation between leadership and intellectuals as well. |
