| 摘 要： | 香港回归15年来,特区政府相继出台一系列旨在提升科技创新能力的施政措施,并取得显著成效。本文从国际社会公认的几大主要评价报告中抽取出1997至2012年间香港以及台湾、新加坡和韩国的数据,按照时间坐标进行排列对比和分析,以求揭示15年来国际社会对香港在科技创新方面的评价及其演变趋势。最后基于香港科技创新能力优劣势分析,提出了相应的建议,以供相关部门和人员参考。 |
